ANDE
Some Background...
This was my first project after finishing General Assembly and was an opportunity to apply what I had learned. The Aspen Network of Development Entrepreneurs (ANDE) is a global membership network of organizations that propel entrepreneurship in emerging markets. They needed help reorganizing some of their content as part of a light redesign (original site to the left). I came on to help facilitate these changes. I conducted user interviews to discover pain points.
The interviews revealed common pain points between users that I was able to address in wireframes and verify with user testing. Users were able to find things on the page easier.
I revised the navigation as well which made things easier to find. Also verified with user testing.
After verifying the wires in user testing and getting signoff from the client I created some color comps for the developer to work from. The new site can been seen at http://www.andeglobal.org.
