UX Designer, Sr. Consultant, Attain – Digital Consulting Agency

January 2016 – Present

​

• Created high-fidelity prototype for the EPA SDWIS (Safe Drinking Water Information System) Prime web application used to test concepts early and often with users before time and effort was put into actual code.  Conducted workshops with client to sketch out initial ideas and then transcribed them to a clickable prototype.

​

• Conducted user interviews and created personas used to inform decisions for enhancements and design of the new EPA National Storm Water Calculator web application.  Converting it from a Windows only, desktop application to a responsive web application that can be used cross-platform.

​

• Created various other prototypes to test and validate initial requirements with stakeholders and end users, including the EPA Response on the Go native application and Water Contaminant Information tool.

Engagement Manager, Siteworx – Digital Consulting Agency

February 2013 – January 2016

​

• Managed end-to-end creation of the fully redesigned site for IberiaBank (iberiabank.com).  The new site is built to be responsive and was migrated to a new content management system (EpiServer).  Pardot was also implemented to help the client achieve their goal of increasing new client acquisition via the website and online marketing.

​

• Managed end-to-end creation of the AARP Offer Finder App for finding discounts.  Responsible for creating SOWs, maintaining the Project Plan, tracking tasks in JIRA, and making sure the project was completed on time and on budget.  Also oversaw all phases of the project including UX, Design, Development, QA, and Usability Testing.

​

• Managed creation of Time Warner Cable management portal for businesses to monitor and control customer WiFi usage via a dashboard.  Facilitated Alignment Sessions between UX team and client.  Used Axure to prototype initial concepts before moving into full color design.

 

Project Manager, Netbiscuits – Agency focused on mobile development

• Created SOWs and Project Plans for clients, such as Coca-Cola, by working with development teams to determine LOE.  Managed and tracked projects in JIRA.

 

Project Manager, USA Today – Sports Media Group

October 2012 – February 2013

 

• Managed a variety of microsites, including 2012 Summer Olympics, NFL, and College Football.  Assisted in the successful launch of sites by running daily Scrums, utilizing JIRA to track user stories, tasks, and bugs.  Also formulated SOWs and Project Plans to ensure projects were completed on time and on budget.

 

Sr. Web Producer, Showtime Networks Inc. – Digital Services

Summer 2002; June 2003 – May 2012

 

• Promoted to roles of increased responsibility from Intern, to Front End Web Developer, to Sr. Web Producer.  Responsible for managing a four person team where projects included production of program-specific sites for all of Showtime Network’s original series, including Dexter, Weeds, and Californication, special promotional pages, and emails.

 

• Additional tasks included creating wireframes for design team to work from, create and manage production of show-themed online games, and helped develop site enhancements through the use of templates and CMS integration.

 

• Coded sites and emails using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
