My work now sits mostly in commercial and enterprise spaces — healthcare, finance, law firms, nonprofits, and AI initiatives. Different rooms, same kind of problem: complex business decisions, real regulatory stakes, and people who need the software to just work.
Stakeholder interviews, journey mapping, heuristic evaluation, sketching, wireframes, prototypes, usability testing. Each one is a tool, and the skill is knowing which ones a project actually needs, and in what order. A new product might start with discovery; a tight-deadline enhancement might go straight to prototype and test. Whatever I learn feeds back in, and I make adjustments.

Rebuilt an underused, poorly-received payments platform for doctors and patients into a new revenue stream — and delivered a reusable enterprise design system alongside it.
Converted a barcode-scanner-dependent DSD tool into a native Android app, freeing the client from unsupported proprietary hardware and enabling faster rollouts and updates.
Replaced a set of siloed desktop applications with one centralized web platform, moving the client from yearly releases to a two-week agile cadence.
Built a custom Sitecore Order Cloud storefront so the client could sell directly to customers instead of losing margin to third-party resellers.
Led UX for the ground-up rebuild of an account planning platform the client now owns, and led design on its post-launch enhancements.
