Research. Understand. Align. Sketch. Design. Prototype. Test. Then iterate. Research and alignment come first — get the right people in the room, agree on the actual problem. Then sketches, then real design, then a prototype good enough to put in front of real users. Whatever that surfaces feeds straight back into the next pass.

Rebuilt an underused, poorly-received payments platform for doctors and patients into a new revenue stream — and delivered a reusable enterprise design system alongside it.
Converted a barcode-scanner-dependent DSD tool into a native Android app, freeing the client from unsupported proprietary hardware and enabling faster rollouts and updates.
Replaced a set of siloed desktop applications with one centralized web platform, moving the client from yearly releases to a two-week agile cadence.
Built a custom Sitecore Order Cloud storefront so the client could sell directly to customers instead of losing margin to third-party resellers.
Live-scoring trackers for friend-group pools — a 12-manager World Cup 2026 draft pool and a 9-manager Champions League pool, both pulling live match data straight from ESPN.
Built-ins, an accent wall, raised garden beds — eight years in, and still finding reasons to buy another power tool. Documented on Instagram.
